How To Turn More Clicks Into Customers With Your Facebook Ads

    If you sell a high-ticket program versus a $297 course, your customer journey may need to involve more touch points and valuable content to warm up your audience first.

  2. Does every step in the customer journey seamlessly lead your audience to the next step?

    The key is to look for how you can reduce friction and make it as easy as possible for your audience to take the next step.

  3. What tools do you need to add or change in your tech stack in order to make the customer journey more effective?

    I love tools like Leadpages and ThriveCart because of the ability to customize every landing page & piece of messaging throughout the customer journey.

  4. Is every important landing page that you want to track hosted on a domain you own?

    With the Apple iOS 14 update, we can only track conversions on domains that we own so if you use tools like Kajabi or ConverKit you need to set up a custom domain or subdomain such as learn.yourbusinessname.com in order to be able to track as much data as possible from your ads

It’s not always easy but with the right customer journey in place, any business can see results with their Facebook and Instagram ads.
