What To Do When You're Getting Clicks But No Conversions On Your Ads
“I’m getting clicks, but no one has converted.”
This is one of the most common things I hear when speaking to business owners about their experience using Facebook® Ads.
They spend a ton of time researching their audience, writing killer ad copy, and designing a fancy image...and then once they launch their ad they end up with a lot of clicks...but no conversions. Has this ever happened to you?
Well if it has, don't write off Facebook ® ads just yet claiming that they simply "don't work." Remember that, the point of using paid traffic in the first place is to do just that - DRIVE TRAFFIC. Therefore, if your ad gets clicks but conversions it's not Facebook's fault or their advertising platform!
If you're having this problem, it likely comes down to a few different factors that you may want to look at.
Do you have a proven offer or product that's been validated by your market?
Is your audience targeting dialed in and have you tested at least 5-10 different audiences?
Is your landing page mobile optimized and congruent to the look and feel of your ad?
Last but not least, did you use the right objective? (Hint: don't choose the traffic objective if your main goal is to get conversions )
When done properly, Facebook® ads can yield a huge return for your business. Don't let one bad experience using ads convince you otherwise!
